If my dog or cat licks the products will it cause issues?
DOUXO® SPA products are non-toxic so unlikely to cause any issues if small amounts are ingested by licking and grooming pets. Every formula has been checked by scientists to validate quality and safety. In addition, each product is pH-adjusted and hypoallergenic as well as being safe for your pet even when it licks its fur.
Are DOUXO® SPA products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all DOUXO® SPA products are hypoallergenic and pH-adjusted, specifically crafted to maintain healthy skin.
Are DOUXO® SPA products free from parabens?
Yes, all DOUXO® SPA products are free from parabens but also from soap, sulphates, nanoparticles, colourants, phtalates and silicones.
Are your products safe for all dogs?
Yes our products are specially formulated to be safe for all breeds and dogs.
Do DOUXO® SPA products have a fragrance?
Yes, all DOUXO® SPA products have a hypoallergenic coco + vanilla fragrance formulated with pet owners.
What is the shelf life of the DOUXO® SPA products after opening?
All products are stable up to the expiration date on the packaging, even after opening.
What happen in case of contact with the eyes of my animal?
Many shampoos, including those for humans, can be irritating to the eyes as they contain surfactants. DOUXO® SPA shampoos were developed with mild surfactants, but we still recommend to avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes: rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Consult your veterinarian if needed and show them the bottle.
